Dear Members:
By now many of you have heard of the change made by the Board of Directors involving the restaurant/bar operation. This decision was made after months of discussion by the Board as well as listening to concerns expressed to us by members. Before providing you with some other thoughts we have, we want to thank Eric for his five years of service to the club and we wish him well.
During the past few weeks, we have been interviewing candidates for the job of "general manager". The Board felt that we needed a different "model" of operation and it is our hope that a manager will give us the necessary change we have been seeking in making the restaurant more viable and membership friendly.
At this time, we are pleased to announce the hiring of Bill Albert as our new general manager. Bill has over 25 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries and we believe he will be successful at managing our Clubhouse. The Board and Bill Albert will be offering free appetizers and drink specials from 6:30 until 9:00p.m. on Friday, March 19th. Please come out and meet our new general manager.

Annual Membership Meeting:
Just a reminder that SFCC's annual membership meeting will take place on March 24 (Wednesday) beginning at 7:00 PM. Various aspects of the Club (golf course, clubhouse etc.) will be reviewed along with the budget presentation and election of Board members.
ALL MEMBERS:
The Board wishes to express their sincere appreciation to those individuals who have placed their viewpoints in the suggestion box Many of these suggestion are very thoughtful and helpful. Each suggestion is reviewed by the Board and acted upon to the Board's ability considering cost, practicality, etc. Thank you
Ladies Golf League Winter Meetings:
The ladies golf league will be having meetings at the club every month during the winter on the third Thursday of the month at 11:00am. All members of the ladies golf league are invited to attend.
Fall/Winter Greens Fees (October-March)
The greens fees are $10 for 9 holes and $20 for 18 holes. Carts are available for $10 for 9 holes or $20 for 18 holes. Your greens fees must be paid at the bar prior to starting your round. No exceptions!
Comment Box:
The comment box is installed by bathrooms and it is a way to communicate with the SFCC Board as the Board has the only key to the box. Drop comments in box or use comment cards that are being given with your dining bill.
Cart Sheds
There are 16 gang shed cart sheds and 0 private sheds available at this time. If you would like to have a shed please contact Ted Cassimatis at 760-6606.
Pick Them Up…
Everybody that turned in a bag tag form the tags are in at the bar. Please pay your $6 per tag and pick them up. If there has been a spelling error please Ted Cassimatis via email at marketing@sfccgolf.com and he will get it corrected.
